Location: Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Nick Ceulemans as project collaborator, 2006) In 2006, Dubai Properties initiated an international competition, inviting top global architects to submit designs for Business Bay Signature Towers on the most prominent plot in the district. Zaha Hadid’s bold design was selected to represent the development, featuring a ‘choreographed’ fluidity that combines three towers in one overall gesture.
